I strongly agree with this statement because you can only feel free from judgement and independent of help if you are doing the right thing. If you misjudge someone, and regret it later you have lost some freedom to think freely and independently without worry of anything such as redirected judgement. When you go in depth on this quote it truly makes sense. Not only in social situations either, but academically as well. When you finish assignment early you have freedom to do whatever you like.
