It is fairly simple. Do unto others as you wish to be do unto yourself. Good things will come to you when you have a good heart. Don't corrupt yourself in the ways of the wicked. Take things with ease and patience. There is a kind of a domino effect within this statement. When you do one thing it affects something else, and that affects something else, and so on.
