If/when we educate our mind, body or soul we gain some clarity, and start to see things in a better light. I believe if we all took some time out of our day, every day, to step back, reflect, educate our body, mind and soul, we'll walk away with immense feeling of improvement. And since it works like a cycle of sorts, the task at hand should not be so difficult. Simply improve in one area and the rest will be taken in stride. One example would be to exercise to improve your body and in the long run it will improve you mind and soul.
